The CSC pool, in daily use since 1938, is one of the few one-hundred foot swimming pools in Sri Lanka. The pool has the distinction of having been the training ground of international swimmers including Britain’s Olympic gold medallist, David Wilkie. CSC has one indoor wood floored badminton court, a squash and a tennis court. The CSC gymnasium has been built to high standards and consists of two main sections: the cardio section is equipped with treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, rowing machines; the weights section is equipped with multi gym smith machine, dumbells, parallel and chin up bars, hip abduction/adduction machines.
