Fawas Lafeer is the founder of SAFA Surf Camp in Arugam Bay and has run his small business since 2000. He works from his surf shop on Main Street, Pottuvil. He has been surfing since 12, and he undertook an International Surfing Association (ISA) certificate in 2009 and learned surf life-saving, first aid, surf ethics and etiquette.
