Manoj Devasudan is a certified Fitness Trainer. As a former collegiate athlete, Manoj has skilled experience in performance training as a rower along with working with professional athletes from multiple sports as well as non-athletes. His specialization lies in improving client fitness, strength and mobility while minimizing the risk of injury via strength and conditioning techniques and principles. His previous exposure within the corporate sector at John Keells PLC, as Head Coach of 'Fhix45' and being an outbound training facilitator for multiple Corporates has only served to enhance his experience in the field. With a firm belief in continued learning and growth, Manoj is in the process of obtaining his Focus Awards Level 4 Master Diploma in Fitness/Gym Instruction & Personal Training, ACSM certification as well as IKFF CKT Level 1 certification from the International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation.
