Mushahid (Gypsy Gym Fitness) is an Outdoor Educator and Fitness Coach. Having partaken in Rowing during his schooling career he decided to further pursue his passion by taking a leap into fitness and outdoor education. He worked at one of the leading outdoor education organizations in the country and went on to pursue the role of an Outdoor and Fitness Coach combining both worlds. He has worked with a range of clients from beginner-level fitness enthusiasts to sports teams. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (Level 1), A Certified Jump Rope Coach (Level 1) and a Certified White Water Rescue Technician (Rescue 3 Europe).
