Vik is a Personal Trainer and Sports Performance coach from the UK. He also has a bachelor’s degree in management through Manchester Metropolitan University. But having partaken in numerous sports through school and university such as boxing, cricket, badminton, football, rugby and basketball, he decided to pursue his passion and taking a leap into health & fitness industry. Having worked and studied in the UK, he has had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best coaches in the world.Through this he has been able to in his 10 plus years of being a fitness professional, worked with athletes in tennis, rugby and football and hundreds of clients, as well as develop and coach other trainers in the industry. In 2018 he took his experience and approach to performance driven training and designed his own concept to launch his very own studio in London named Onyx. He is currently in Sri Lanka offering classes at Trainyard (One Galle Face).
