Nileshi Jayasena has a background in International Studies, Public Health and Alternative Medicine. She completed her high school education in Canada and graduate studies in the U.S. She’s involved in promoting healthy food and nutrition, which has lead her to become the first trained Essentrics Instructor in Asia and the only Essentrics instructor in Sri Lanka. She’s also the founder of Nutri Bites. As a citizen of Canada, she learned the need to gain and share her knowledge with insights of the western life style and culture. Back in SriLanka, she has taken it upon herself to educate and enlighten others of the need to good nutrition and exercise that will help people live healthy and happy.
