About the event

Progress step by step with a 6-week-intro-course to Yoga (16th February - 23rd March 2017). This course is open to anyone who has never tried Yoga before or those wishing to get back to basics. You will be introduced to the principles of Yoga, breathing, basics of fundamental poses & Sun Salutations, asanas for chest, shoulders, hips, back-bends and deep relaxation as well as basic Vinyasa flow. By the end of the program you will be ready to continue your practice by joining any of the regular Yoga Classes. Course fee is Rs. 7,200.
