Learn the basics of inline skating, and enjoy a fun workout at the park! Whether you are a complete newbie or pro, we will give you the fundamentals necessary to jump start your skating journey. Rollerblading is a great cross training workout for runners and athletes too as it enhances balance, coordination and has very low impact on the joints! It is also a great cardio activity to enhance your endurance and speed.
What to bring: Just yourself, a pair of socks, a water bottle and an open mind ;). We guarantee that with time and patience, anyone can learn to skate! Wear light comfortable clothing. Skates and guards will be provided by Decathlon, and refreshments will be served to you.
