Gain an understanding of the mind-body benefits of Yoga, and learn basic postures that you can take back with you. You will also be introduced to gentle pranayama (breathing practices), and guided meditation all packaged in to a 1.5 hour mini workshop not-to-be missed! Whether you are a complete newbie or pro, our expert instructor Rekha has tailored a fantastic program to give you the fundamentals necessary to jump start your Yoga journey; advanced practitioners will also get to learn more about classical Hatha yoga offered by the Isha School of thought.
This is a beginner-friendly session great for anyone who'd like to explore the benefits of Yoga. Suitable for anyone with basic fitness conditioning; no prior workout experience necessary.
