Heard of Step Aerobics? Here's a fun cardio workout you don't want to miss trying out! Workout.lk is organizing a special beginner workshop with Tashiya Captain - the lady who introduced Step for the first time in Sri Lanka.
Join this fun and inclusive class - whether you are a complete beginner to working out, or a pro, Tashiya will guide you through each step (literally) and take it nice and slow. You will also get to ask her questions about exercise and fitness to gain tips for your healthy new year resolutions.
