Shemali is a certified yoga teacher trained in Rishikesh, India. She is a graduate and full time practitioner of Chinese Medicine and a member of the British Acupuncture Council. Over the years, yoga has become an integral part of her life and she loves to share this practice with anyone who is keen to explore for themselves the benefits that yoga has to offer.
