First we will learn how to connect to our foundation. Hands, feet, knees, shoulders, anything that is in contact with the floor during Asana. From here using the breath, bhanda and alignment principles from Anusara yoga we will learn how to rise up and expand in a safe and stable manner. To often during practice we loose connection with our foundation. How can we have strong stable Asana without a solid foundation? Come and learn how to reconnect, together we Root to Rise. Back bending will be the focus of our Practice.
