The SweatShop is home to men and women of all ages with a variety of athletic and non-athletic backgrounds and focus on constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensities. They offer small group classes both at gym premises, outdoors and public venues such as Independence Square and Viharamahadevi Park led by certified trainers. A typical session last 90 to 120mins. Corporate programmes are also available here along with Sport Medicine/Therapy referral.
