Ultimate Frisbee is a coed-sports activity played mainly in Colombo and Ratnapura districts in Sri Lanka. The 'Colombo Ultimate Frisbee' team has a mixture of locals and ex-pats of all ages who play regularly on Sundays. The week day games depend on numbers, so get connected to the group page if you need more information on timing and location.
Regular pickup games happen every Tuesday and Thursday mornings in Colombo. Pro or beginner, all ages are welcome to join, and there is no membership fee involved.
