Heiwa Martial Arts Academy offers Karate, Kobudo, and TaiChi. It conducts 'Tai Chi for Health' courses and workshops for interested groups and have introducing Chen Style Tai Chi for the general public in Sri Lanka for health and well-being. Sensei Indishe who is in the prestigious list of very few Sri Lankan Karate teachers who has trained in Okinawa, 'the Mecca of Karate', participated in demonstrations, which were held parallel to the 2003 World Tournament and in seminars conducted by old Grand Masters, who were named as the Living Cultural Treasures by the Okinawa Ken Government. Sensei, Indishe attended the seminars of Hanshi Shugoro Nakazato (10th Dan-Shorinkan) and Hanshi Katsuya Miyahira (10th Dan-Shidokan). Indishe was promoted to Sandan (3rd Dan) in Shorin-Ryu Kyudokan Karate-do by Grand Master Minoru Higa in 2006.
