Jen specialises in pre- and postnatal fitness. Her coaching approach is designed to help you make changes that stick rather than transformational programmes that only last for as long as you are training at that high intensity or maintaining a restrictive diet. Jen will help you make fitness a healthy habit for life, and teach you how to exercise independently – at home or in any gym – and with the confidence that you are moving well, moving safely and doing effective work to help you meet your fitness goals.
