Here’s a program for those recovering from injuries, trying to prevent future injury or those who want to improve on exercise technique and alignment.
Monday 22nd: 10.30am
Monday 22nd: 7.45pm
Tuesdday 23rd: 7.15pm
Wednesday 24th: 8.45am
Thursday 25th: 7.15pm
Friday 26th: 11.45am
Saturday 27th: 12.15pm.
Course Fee: Rs.3,000 per person. Limited to 6 participants only.
