About the event

The workshop is about sculpting your body into the perfect shape with WEIGHT TRAINING. Learn about weight loss/ weight gain, diet and nutrition, wombody shaping, workout schedule, order of workout practicals with techniques, motivation, injury prevention and maintenance, foods and workouts ideal for your body type and more.
Each individual will get a booklet with a workout schedule and diet chart. Do come in workout clothes and bring a bottle of water and a towel! Conducted by certified personal trainer and fitness model Sarani Tillekeratne (@physique.by.sari).
