About the event

Try out dance and fitness moves blended together by Tarja De Silva to give yourself an amazingly fun cardio workout! This is a beginner session great for anyone who'd like to learn hip-hop and Latin moves mixed with high intensity cardio. Don't let the words "high intensity" intimidate you - Tarja will give you plenty of room to breathe, and will give you introductions to the steps so you won't compromise on the fun learning element. Suitable for anyone with basic fitness conditioning; no prior workout experience necessary.
