Mike owns the Kitekuda camp in Kalpitiya and the Lifestyle Fitness gym in Colombo 07 where he conducts weekly spin classes. Mike is an exercise physiologist (Dip HPER, State College, Victoria; BSc (HM), Monash University) and is an expert in all areas of exercise physiology, including elite athlete training, cardiac rehabilitation, peak performance and health and lifestyle management.
