Learn about the mind body benefits of Yoga, while experiencing basic elements of Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, Sound Healing, Aromatherapy all packaged in to a 1.5 hour mini workshop not to be missed! Jessyca and Workout.lk invites you to witness improvements in your daily lives, while gaining the benefits of balance and flexibility. This is a beginner session great for anyone who'd like to explore the benefits of Yoga. Suitable for anyone with basic fitness conditioning; no prior workout experience necessary.
