The retreat Niyagama House, situated on the highest point of an active tea plantation, has seven rooms equipped with luxurious bathrooms. From every room you have a view into nature. It is located nine kilometers inland from the coastal city of Galle. It offers daily a sunrise meditation and a morning yoga class from Sunday to Friday. Yin, Aerial and Hatha Vinyasa styles are practiced here. In the little 'Niya Spa' you can have a traditional ayurvedic oil massage or treatments.
