Looking for a sustainable, low impact workout you can do anywhere? Introducing Qigong - combining movement, meditation, relaxation and health benefits all in one easy to learn practice!
Join our mini 2 hour workshop with practicals and theory to gain an understanding of the mind-body benefits of Qigong, and to learn basic postures that you can take back with you to practice at home or office. This is a beginner-friendly session suitable for any age; no prior workout experience necessary. What a fantastic way to start your fitness journey in 2020!
