High Commission of India will celebrate Fifth International Day of Yoga with a yoga demonstration and practice session at the Independence Square park area. All are cordially invited to participate and practice yoga, pranayama and meditation to rejuvenate our body, mind and soul. Participation in the event is open and free for all members of the public. Eminent Yoga instructors from Sri Lanka such as Astanka Yoga Mandir, Sethsada Yoga Nikethanaya, Hatha Yoga Centre, Aum Kriya Babaji Yoga Aranyam, Institute of Human Excellence, Brahma Kumaris, The Art of Living, Sakthi Anand Yoga School (Batticaloa), My Yoga Lounge, Dhamya Yoga, Adhi Yogam, Aarogya Anahata Yoga and Samskruthi Pathanjali Yoga Centre will conduct the programme.
